Third-party services
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor and improve the performance of our website in Google search results. This provides us with anonymized data on search queries and user behaviour that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons.
Newsletter dispatch with Brevo
We use the Brevo service (Sendinblue GmbH or SendinBlue SAS) to send our newsletter. Brevo processes the data you provide (e.g., your email address or name) on our behalf and stores it on servers in the EU.
Brevo can evaluate whether a newsletter has been opened and which links have been clicked on. This information helps us to continuously improve our newsletter. If the Brevo tracker is activated on our website, additional technical information or page views may be recorded and assigned to your profile.
We use your data exclusively for sending and optimizing our newsletter. Processing is based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the corresponding unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Web analysis with Matomo
This website uses Matomo, a web analysis service that we operate locally on servers in Switzerland. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Matomo to analyze visitor traffic.
The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Matomo is not merged with other data. Please note that Matomo is configured on this website to anonymize IP addresses. This means that IP addresses are processed in truncated form so that they cannot be associated with a specific person. Mapbox
We use the Mapbox service from Mapbox Inc., USA, to display interactive maps. When using the map function, data such as your IP address and location information may be transmitted to Mapbox servers in the USA.
The data is transferred to the USA. To ensure an adequate level of data protection, the data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 16 nFADP.

Right to obtain information
You may request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by Mediapulse AG. If this is the case, you can request specific information about the processing.
Right to rectification
You may request the rectification and/or completion of personal data concerning you if this data is incorrect or incomplete.
Right to erasure
You can request the erasure of personal data concerning you. The data will be erased if the relevant requirements are met.
The right to erasure cannot be granted if the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression, for compliance with a legal obligation, for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing
You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of this data, the processing is unlawful, the data is no longer required or you object to it.
